It is such a pleasure to introduce you to Exercise and
Sports Physiologist, Richard Turnbull. We had a lovely chat
together, and I was so grateful to Richard for sharing his stories,
his wisdom, and his knowledge. Richard reached out to me after he
listened to my chat with Prof Tim Noakes. He is as long time friend
of Prof's, and I love the stories he shared. Thank you Richard for
being a part of The Health Evolution Collective!
