Michelle Dowker, MSc, ND is a wellness strategist and dietary & life coach with an educational background as a Naturopathic Doctor.
She holds 3 post-secondary degrees that took 10 years to complete: a Bachelor of science in biomedical science, a Master of science in human biology and nutritional science both from the University of Guelph and a Naturopathic Doctor diploma from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.
Michelle has a special focus working with women in their 30s to 60s who’ve been struggling with chronic illness and mystery symptoms like fatigue, pain, bloating, brain fog, and unwanted weight gain. They’ve tried everything they can think of but they’ve not experienced the improvement they desire.
She’s passionate about helping women with chronic and invisible illness like autoimmune disease and endometriosis take charge of their health so they can start feeling like themselves again, and regain the ability to get back to doing the things in life they want with the people they love.
Michelle herself has battled with endometriosis and autoimmune conditions, and through her personal and clinical experience, along with her love of keeping up-to-date with current research, she’s created a unique approach that gets to the root cause of chronic illness symptoms.
She uses a blend of physiology, nutrition, mindfulness, and emotional regulation work to help women regain control of their bodies, their symptoms, and their lives, so they can feel less confused and frustrated, and become more able, empowered, and confident.
