Today on the podcast I talked to Louise Schofield, co-founder of the New Zealand based social enterprise that exists to inspire the medical profession to become more focused on disease prevention.
Louise is also a mum to 3 boys with Prof Grant Schofield, and has a PhD in behaviour change. She has also spent the last 15 years in the health and wellbeing sector.
I loved Louise's honesty. Behaviour change is hard, and no one is perfect. Louise shared her own struggle with emotional eating and how she's managed to keep it where she wants it to be.
