Lily Nichols is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, Certified Diabetes Educator, researcher, author, and an all round inspirational lady.
She is the author of two bestselling books, Real Food for Pregnancy, and Real Food for Gestational Diabetes.
It was an absolute pleasure chatting to Lily. We talked for over an hour, so this podcast is a little longer than my usual ones. But there was nothing I could take out as there is just so much great info in here for anyone thinking of having a baby, pregnant, just had a baby, or just anyone interested in women's health.
