Today I'm honoured to have an old client of mine Kelly share her story with you.
When Kelly came to me around July this year, she had already quit sugar to reverse her insulin resistance, fatty liver and rheumatoid arthritis.
But there was still something missing for her in terms of her mental suffering. Kelly didn't want to suffer from anxiety and depression any more.
Kelly shares where I pointed her towards when it comes to understanding the human experience, and how her life has changed now.
She also shares how she has shared this with her children too, particularly her child who is autistic.
"I don't want him or you to feel that autism is a deficit to who he is."
If you're curious to learn more around this understanding, I have a number of podcast episodes in which it is talked about:
Episode 2: My take on it all
Episode 18: Fiona Lukeis
Episode 21: Rochelle Gance
Episode 33: There is always hope
