If you feel the effects of stress a lot, there is always more to see. In this chat Dawn and I talk about how we can either be powerless against it's affect, or completely change the way we view it and make it work for us.

Dawn is a workshop leader and coach and she helps midlife women deal with stress and anxiety using a non-technique, gentle conversational coaching approach. She worked in HR and as a management trainer for fifteen years for a variety of organizations and then retrained as an Alexander Technique teacher to help individuals use their bodies with more ease.

She is the author of the incredible book that will change the way you see stress in your life, "Ditch Your Midlife Stress from the Inside Out." 

She lives in the UK with her husband and daughter and when she's not working, she is often roaming the countryside armed with a flask of tea and a slab of cake.
